Delete Your Account

In the app (immediate)

Open Dirt Ledger, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account and all of its data are removed right away.

By email

We're sorry to see you go. You can request complete deletion of your Dirt Ledger account and all associated data.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to info@dirtledger.com with the subject line "Delete My Dirt Ledger Account"
2. Include the email address associated with your Dirt Ledger account
3. We will process your request within 7 business days
4. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and profile information
• All saved rides and GPS data
• Photo markers and named markers
• Group ride history
• Live tracking data
• Device registrations
• All associated app event logs

What Happens After Deletion

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data listed above will be completely removed from our servers. You will no longer be able to sign in or recover any data. Offline data stored on your device (cached map tiles, local settings) is not affected and can be cleared by uninstalling the app.
